im a guy and i need to lose flab in the chest area and the tummy area ... any really good and effective exercises ?

Push ups, sit ups. Weights.. Cardio.. You definately need the gym.

You will only lose belly fat by doing cardiovascular activities. Try jogging, dancing, tai bo, kick boxing, etc. Doing things like crunches does not actually burn the fat around your middle, it only helps with the overall torso strengthening.

Reduce protiens and fats from ur rotine foods.
