I think its better if you eat much food containing vitamin E in it .
generally women always take it for their hair.
or...........apply henna treatment!!!
or...........just shave it off i heard many times that if people cut or shave their hair it grows too much.

Are you shaving? You need to shave what you've got, it will help it come in thicker. I don't know about food, except maybe eating fish will help, with the fatty omega 3 acids thingy going on there. Really, I do suggest taking a good multi-vitamin every morning, when my hair starts to feel thin and poorly, I take a multi-vitamin and within days my hair feels and looks better.

Apply the wild bear ghee daily on your moustache portion, don't use the finger to apply use an bud.

take a balanced diet . else,do shave without shaving-cream only once and wait for 2-3 days.

Its depend on your age.
If you are old enough then do regular saving, use saving cream and after save after saving.

jus shave it wit shavin cream... they say its a myth that hair wont grow bak thicker... when i wuz young i use to shave my sideburns so they would grow bak thicker but now that im older they grow bak wild like elvis... jus shave man
