@ Toto: Hey. Yeah, I am Muslim. What have I wished for? Just curious at to whether people of the religion as me have had relationships or not. I have not.
@ Nadia q: Salams, yes I know it's haram. I haven't had one, and I won't, Inshallah :)

@ B.PumPkim: Yes, Islam does forbid bf/gf relationships. The only person you are allowed to be with is your spouse. Evidence is from the Quran and Ahadeeth.
The traditional way is for the man's mum to ask around for a good girl for her son. Then he goes over her house, they talk and if they're both comfortable they meet again. This meetings go on till they are both completely comfortable with eachother. They then get engaged, and married. Before Katb Ktab they are not allowed to be alone, someone must be with them. After the engagement, they can be alone, but only after marriage can they do the special marital action. During the engagement (Katb Ktab) they can hug, etc...
Nowadays, Muslims want to imitate others and be 'free' and so engage in haram (prohibited) acts. It's not a good thing.

@ Lady in love: What do you mean you're on the phlills? You mean on the Pill? Premarital sex is not allowed in Islam! Your bf is obviously not religious at all :(

@ Ahsiniorak: Ofcourse people want to have attention from others. That's what marriage is for. Attention from your husband/wife.
