Short answer -- You cant!!

You are in a load of trouble! We use PAL in the UK, and in the States, they use NTSC. Unless your TV is multi region output (which is unlikely coz if a TV is multi region, it's generally for input only), you need to do an number of things. You need to get a way of tuning it - so a tuner that you can switch output from PAL to NTSC - some of the new digital tuners may have this option, but it will make them more expensive. Additionally, you are going to need to sort out the power supply. UK is 240 volts, and the USA it's 120, so you'll need to get a step-up transformer.

You're probably best off trying to seel the TV on ebay, and get a british one!

America uses a totally different system to the UK. Your only hope is to get a VCR or disc-based recorder that can be switched between PAL and NTSC. You can then tune the recorder to the station you want and watch it in NTSC.
