I've worked in an animal shelter in the cat section and this is quite bad! Kittens don't have fully developed immune systems so whenever something is not "normal" you should always go to the vet. With the sneezing, I would attribute the discharge to "cat flu" which can be really serious if not treated (it can be fatal). The vet can prescribe some medication that clears it up. Eye discharge can also be associated with clamydia or conjunctivitis, and there are ointments to treat this. Each cat reacts differently to diseases depending on their immunity, so the severity will vary. Get your kitten looked at asap as the symptoms can get worse, which can lead to further complications. Make sure you wash your hands after playing with your kitten because you don't want to spread anything to your other cat, or yourself. If you can, perhaps seperate your kitten from your other cat as cat flu is highly contagious (air borne).
Hope that provides some insight and good luck!

Elena: this is a symptom of upper respiratory infection and needs to be treated with antibiotics through a vet visit very quickly. Young kittens are very vulnerable and this can become life-threatening if not treated soon. Cats can also pass the infection amongst themselves easily and needs to be addressed when you take your 7 week old kitten into the vet.

A clear discharge is often caused by blocked tear ducts. More serious is a cloudy discharge. If so, the cat may have a bacterial or viral infection. Don't let the discharge mat into the cats fur, bathe the area around its eye with warm water on cotton. I would not delay to consult a vet immediately.

Why haven't you brought your kitten to the vet? This needs to be looked at and also she should be getting her vaccinations at this age. If you care and love your kitten, take the kitten to the vet for proper care and get piece of mind by doing so. This is not a question for the internet but for a vet to answer. The kitten obviously needs to be looked at by a professional.

Kittens are prone to conjuctivitis and you will need medicine to clear this up, you may try a feed store, but your best bet is to take your kitty to the vet, for a through exam and meds.
Best of Luck!
