drink lots of water and eat steady amouints of food at the same times each day. your body will fix the problem if given time and enough rest and fluid...your own immune system works far better than any drug out there.

i don't want to recommend any medicine on stomachache as this'll make u addicted. the best way is to go toilet a few times if u still can stand the pain,or else just pay a visit to ou doctor nearby.

youve gotta starve yourself for 24 hours, then tomora drink plenty of fluids. If you try today, if its a bug chances are u will bring everything up, so Id wait until either later tonight or tomora.

if it is associated with heartburn or constipation then you can take milk or if it is with vomitting then you must increase fluid intake. just go to toilet & sit there for a while it will make you feel better!!!

Dont drink tea coffee or milk until you feel better.Eat a banana or dry toast and drink plenty of water.Take paracetomol not asprin if needed.
