As 'lutond' said it is Macedonian, I checked it using Cyrrylic and found these meanings:

татковина - country
татковина - fatherland; one's father's property; native land, country
татковина - patrimony

I could be wrong, but I believe it means prostitue in Ukranian. When I was in junior high there was a ukranian boy and he used to always call a girl in our class that or something very similar.
