Put a metal (silver if you have it) spoon in the freezer for about 20 minutes then place it on the hicky. Are get a comb and lightly go over the area until the mark goes away.

Get a plastic brush with soft circular bristles on the end and "brush" out the spot. It may take awhile, and if you see it's getting irritated, put a little cold cream and keep going until the whole area is red. Give the area about 20-30 minutes rest to let the irritation go away, and wala! If you have to do it some more, repeat. Trust me, it's the best thing.

These are the 2 tricks we tried in high school, one was to rub a penny on the hickey, I never tried that one but friends did. The other one was to get a tube of lipstick or chapstick and press the smooth end into the hickey in circular motions all over the hickey. It hurts a little bit to do that, but it does minimize the hickey. I've heard it's because it breaks up the blood that's clotted up under the surface of your skin. You do have to press pretty hard, just don't press so hard that you injure yourself.

Usa comb in circular motion. It's due to bursted cappillaries. The blood is red and in the skin and this rubbing will 'rub' it out.
