OK, as forementioned above, check the wiring, and make sure the pos-pos and neg-neg are correct. If they are, also check if you have headphones plugged in. If you don't have headphones in, and the pos-pos/neg-neg are correct for ALL speakers, make sure the I/O's (input, output) are set correctly on your receiver. If they are, make sure you have the correct input selected on your reciever. If you have a menu on your receiver, and have a test-tone for your speakers, use that- see if there is anything coming out of any speakers. Once this is done, make sure to EXIT the menu, and select an input you know works.

maybe you plugged it on wrong channel or need to turn up the volume. try another speaker if u think u had checked all above. if it continues, it means you need a brand new one or use your warranty card

Headphones plugged in? When I plug mine in it automatically mutes my external speakers. Just a thought. Good Luck.

try turning the volume up. if that doesn't work make sure the volume on whatever your trying to listen to is up... make sure the speakers are plugged in.

back to basics...trace all connections of wires, make sure pos to pos and neg to neg, then the switchology on the units, proper setting for speakers to play.
