What is your favourite Crystals or Gems and why?
Do you have a favourite Crystal or Gem, and dose this mean something speical to you.

Do you feel these Crystals and Gems hold special powers for you?

Several. I have a few pieces of Amber that I love, a few China Red Quartz, and Aventurine are my favorites. Amber helps me to feel centered and true, Red Quartz is a wonderful stone to use for directing energy and Aventurine is my "lucky" stone--everything seems to go right when it's around. I don't feel that gems hold special powers but rather they are tools to attune to those powers or direct them.

My favorite gem is an Alexandrite because it is my birthstone. I think it is magnificent in it's color changing properties. I think it is beautiful. But it doesn't hold any special powers for me, just sentimentality. My husband and one of my sons was also born in the same month so it is special to me.

I have some Amythest my Grandmother gave me, we are from a cultural background and she said to keep them with me as they will help keep negative energy away, so I have kept them for over 15 years now.

i have allot of crystals and gems but my favorite is one that i havent seen in along time "Tigers eye" my sister gave me one along time ago and i gave it away in my younger years, i miss it :) i miss my sister too.
