A lot of people give misinformation on here....
YES! A woman WILL stop having her period if she experiences rapid weight loss or her BMI drops below i think 8 or 9. I'm not sure of the exact number, but it is around 10 I think. BMI stands for Body Mass Index. It is a mathematical estimate that basically takes in account your height and weight and estimates how much of your body is made of fat. A normal number is around 20. 25 or higher is considered overweight. And anything over 30 is obese. Anything under 15 is underweight and is just as dangerous as being obese.
So to answer your question, she will probably stop having her period if she drops another 10 pounds or so. And such a situation is EXTREMELY dangerous. At that low of a weight, she would run a very high risk of permanently damaging her liver and kidneys. Her hair may also start falling out and her nails will become brittle. She needs serious help, both mentally and physically. She has a very serious disorder.

so, judging by your other questions and lack of subtlety with this one.. this "friend" is actually YOU.
And you will do just about anything to get rid of/delay your period.
Well ...good for you. Women's periods do stop at a low weight but that is from malnutrition and because the body is too weak to be able to give birth so you don't have periods. It also gives you other problems like your hair can fall out etc because the body is struggling to survive and has more important things to do than keep your hair etc looking good.
As you can see, it's not a good idea and means your life and health is in danger.
There's no particular weight really.
edit: Oh, I just noticed your first question, you do know we can see them all right?
Supposedly you are "anorexic"
Sure you are...
So are you trying to get your weight down to lose your period or are you just wondering when you would if you are indeed ill ??

It IS possible to lose your period, when you reach a really low weight, around BMI > 16 or so. This is because your body thinks you are not fit for bearing any children, and will conserve all its resources to protect you and keep you alive, as it deems fit. Your periods may take a long time to return (i.e.many years), even after one has reached a desirable, "healthy" weight.

Has she always been that thin? If she has it is will be normal for her to have her periods. Think of her parents and if they are thin people too or were when they were her age.The hormones that cause women to have their periods is stored in body fat even if she doesn't have much she may still have enough to regulate her periods. Unless she has a health problem that prevents her from having periods she will have them.

I'm seriously hoping you're just confused or misworded your question. Otherwise, you need to pay more attention in health class.
Weight and height have NOTHING to do with menstruation. If she has her period, she will not lose it at any weight, whether 40 or 400. Age is the only factor when it comes to menstration, dictating when it comes and when it stops ... and that won't be for a long time yet.
Read a book .. without pictures. They're good for you. ;)
