I"ve been sick for about two weeks...it got bad last night (bad sore throat, runny nose, and my lymph glands were getting really swollen) so i went to the doc today, and he prescribed amoxcillin/ somekinda potassium for 10 days. How long should i wait to start running again so i won't get sick from doing too much too soon? Should i wait to the end of the ten days, just a few days after i feel normal again, or what?

amoxicllin makes me feel worse than being sick. is it a sinus infection? they are the worst. just wait til you feel up to running. and be prepared to stop quickly if you feel like it too. no need to push it that much.

This is coming from a man whose 17, five'eight and 180lbs. In my fitness center categories we ran/walked approximately a million mile each and every different day for approximately 3months (five tuition days per week). When i began i might slightly run a million/sixteen of a mile. By the top i might've ran a million/four of a mile. Now brain you i walked the leisure so technically i did not run the complete mile. Also i will slightly do a push up, so suppose me you can begin noticing an advantage after the primary week despite the fact that its small.

I've read that there is no reason to stop excercising as long as you have the energy to do it. If you get sick because you don't get enough sleep then I suggest not excercising because then you're just wearing yourself down further.
