Ok, I need new shoes, my sneakers and school shoes are getting waaay to small and it's really tight, even when I don't do the laces. And with my sneakers, sometimes when I'm walking home, my small toe hurts (only on the right). It'd be at least 2 weeks before I can get new shoes so would tight shoes restrict the growth of my feet?

Buy some in a 3 or 4D or an E width. At your age it doesn't sound like you'd have gout, so it's the shoe size. Pick one that is not pointy in the front and is long enough too. When buying, put them both on, and walk around for a few minutes to see if they're comfortable.

No, I do not think tight sneakers will restrict the growth of your feet. They may cause blisters. There is some stuff you can buy that comes in a bottle from any shoe dept that you spray inside your shoes that is supposed to stretch them.
