if on drugs go to rehab. or Just wanting to gain weight then drink plenty of 2% milk. and eat lots of protein such as steaks, seafood, and go to the gym or do basic exercises. The Doctor you see could help you out the best.

gain weight and look healthy VERY EASY just use hoodia I have been using the hoodia gordonii for about 2 1/2 weeks and I am simply amazed. It took about a week for me to start noticing a real difference,

Daily take breakfast of milk with banana or you can take banana shake daily. By this way you will definately gain wait.

Eat lots of protein and start weight training.
