if on drugs go to rehab. or Just wanting to gain weight then drink plenty of 2% milk. and eat lots of protein such as steaks, seafood, and go to the gym or do basic exercises. The Doctor you see could help you out the best.

Daily take breakfast of milk with banana or you can take banana shake daily. By this way you will definately gain wait.
