im freaking 125 pounds, 5 more than last year, i was 5'3 last year now im 5'5 and im so ******* FAT situps everyday isnt working i need something extra, starvation maybe ?

dont be anorexia. thats just fine. starvation will only stunt your growth and lead to health problems. ur not fat dammit

Let me tell you, I'm sure that you look GREAT. Good lord, I almost punched a hole in the wall! I WISH I were that weight! I'm 5'3", maybe 5'2", AND GUESS WHAT?! I WEIGH ABOUT 30 LBS MORE THAN YOU DO! you aren't fat, trust me. I'M FAT. If that's what you need to convince yourself that you're not fat, then please do keep that in mind LOL because seriously, if you lose anymore you'll be anorexic. You're at the low end of the healthy weight. 120 is about the lowest you (or I, but that's not likely) should be at. So stop whining and enjoy your weight, because you're perfectly fine.

If y our still growing it means you are a young girl don't stress over your weight as you get taller you will thin out, and proportion out.... Ideal weight for a 5'5 is 117-156..... and your still growing taller .......


Take a look at this ideal weight chart .... now if you were 5'5 and 220 we might need this conversation

Follow a healthy diet
Eliminate foods like potato chips, chocolate
Do lots of cardio
Keep your fluids up
