They are litter box trained and eat the poop when I am not home. I find niblettes at their buffett box. How do I make it stop? I already tried to products in the stores that mix with their food. Does not work.

They are litter box trained, they do eat nutro ultra small puppy, and do not have any medical issues. I clean the litter when I get home and all night, but they still eat it. I have tried forbid and a liquid form as well. Is it because of the litter (Natures best)?

This is fairly common, but has nothing to do with what you are or are not feeding them. It's called corprophagy, and this cure was taken from petsdoc.com:
"Adding monosodium Glutamate, a meat tenderizer sold as Accent® in the grocery store, to the other dog's food will make his feces taste worse. You would think feces would taste bad anyway, but monosodium glutamate makes it taste bad to dogs that like to eat feces.
Adding a general mineral supplement to a dog's food sometimes decreases the desire to eat strange foods. We use VAL syrup, a vitamin/amino acid supplement to help fulfill the nutritional requirements in attempt to decrease the desire to eat strange foods and feces."
Corprophagy generally won't hurt the dogs, just becomes a bad habit and gives them bad breath. Good luck!

Yes your puppy is most likely eating poop. Believe it or not it is a natural instinct for a puppy to eat poop. In the wild a mother dog and her puppies would be confined to a small den. When the dogs needed to poop it would make a mess of the den, so, mother nature intervened and made it part of their diet. This does two things. First it keeps the den clean and second it provides a source of nutrients for the pups. Dogs will grow out of eating other dogs do do, but a natural part of a dogs diet is animal do do. Dogs are not hunters, they are scavengers and like most scavengers they eat what they find.

It is often initially an indication of an area of lack in their nutrition. Puppies often need extra calcium, for example.
Once they begin eating faeces this can develop into a habit, even when their diet is changed to make up for certain lacks.
You have not given the age of the puppies, or the time frame in which you have tried all the different products available. These products often show results after a period of time.
It is also a proven fact that many dogs discontinue eating faeces once they are switched to a species-specific diet, as in RAW foods (meat, bone, organs, etc.). For more info, see the link below.

It is very natural and will never seem 'wrong' to the puppies, as their mom taught them this cleanliness from birth. they are just being fastidious..You might try a different litter. But, as they are eating litter, it needs to be an all natural one..My biggest concern would be of it causing bowel blockage, as the litter builds up..So, if there is any sign of constipation, feed a little Metamucil to keep things moving..
Adolf's meat tenderizer, or pineapple chunks will often help, as supplements in their food..

There is some actual dog food for coraphagia. Also some of the online sites like Smith and Fosters have a vet who can assist you with the right additive. Best of luck to you!

some dogs really enjoy eating feces. It does give them nutrients that they are missing, although it is pretty disgusting. Try different foods, and to make them stop you will have to try to pick it up before they have a chance to consume it.
