I'm not a homeopath but I agree with that treatment.
I used to wake up and eat too.
Later an acupuncturist told me I was thinking too much.
Therefore there was lots of blood circulating in my head.
So when I got up to eat, and then would soon fall
asleep, it was because the blood had to go to the
stomach, and hence away from the head. It's long time
ago I was told this, so if it's not exactly right; it's close.

IT seems that you are turning to food as your coping mechanism. You are not alone, there are many people who do this. They need to focus their attention somewhere and for one reason or another they turn to food.
Try to find other tacticts that will give you as much pleasure. Perhaps you can read, or do push ups etc.
If it bothers you to the point where you must absolutely eat something, then go on and eat salad or something that is non fattening. Drink lots of water and cosider asking your doctor for a medication that will help you stay asleep throguhout the night.

And what do you think this site does? Finds you psychologists and flys them over straight into your living room?
Jeez. TRY GOING TO THE DOCTORS !!!
or get a grip and stop puking. Depending on when you do it and stuff it could be that night eating syndrome. But as far as I know those people don't remember the episodes, and they certainly don't puke.
lookup night eating syndrome and ns-red. The latter stands for nocturnal sleep-related eating disorder.

You are bulimic and need to speak to someone who specializes in eating disorders as soon as possible. Bulimia is a life threatening condition as the combination of under eating, over eating, and vomiting stresses the body severly and could lead to deadly heart attacks and severe trauma to the GI tract.

maybe you're not eating enough during the day, so when your stomach is hungry, it sends a signal to your brain, telling it that it needs food, so you wake up to eat.
and i think you're tired after puking because you're using all your energy to puke everything out, and i'm sure it's messing with your back teeth too.

well one way to get around the constant urger to eat is to eat healthier. Just eat food that is healthier for you. If you must eat at night eat stuff thats good for you. Drinking water may help. Just stay away from the top of the food pyramid if you must eat.
put it this way, if you must eat, eat healthy. It beats putting bad food into your body.

You seem to need immediate help and encouragement.
You don't say what weight you are.
Puking suggests you might be nearly telling us that you make yourself puke.
That would also be harmful.
