well i don't think you can do much about them hitting on you. all you can do is tell them your flattered, but are not interested in a serious relationship with someone that is not closer in age to you.
they may get offended no matter what you say, so better to just be honest from the start and lay your cards on the table.
if the flirting bothers you, ask them to stop bothering you, and that you don't find that attractive.
brutal honesty sometimes is the only way some ppl will listen. and don't feel bad about it, you shouldn't have to "pretend" to like someone out of a misguided attempt not to be rude.

im so glad to here of at least one man out there NOT wanting this kind of attention from younger woman. im really kind of in shock, however, the only thing i can think of is.... dont give them any kind of overly attention. you dont have to be rude. depending on the situation i would tell them i was not interested . good luck
