Ingredients
1) 500 gms of Noodles
2) Soy Sauce - 300 gms
3) 200 gms Ginger cut into small pieces
4) 300gms Garlic cut into small pieces
5) Coriander leaves
6)1 Onion cut into long pieces
7) Beans, Peas, Carrot - each 200 gms cut into small pieces
8) Pepper & salt to taste
9) cloves, cinnamon, cardamom - each 3 pieces.
10) Tomato sauce
Method:-
1)Boil the Noodles when it is cooked well keep it a side, and let the water to drain
2) Heat a little oil in a pan.
3) Fry the cinnamon, cloves, Cardamom, onions, carrots, peas, beans, ginger and garlic .
4) Add the soy sauce & tomato sauce and the pepper to it.
5) After the soy sauce starts to boil add the cooked Noodles and mix it well
6) Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tip : you can prepare noodles without the spices by just adding the ground ginger, garlic and green chilli paste

Spicy Vegetable Noodles
Ingredients
Cook 2 packets of Noodles, with no flavouring added except for salt.
2 cups diced Potatoes, Carrots and a mixture of Green Peas and Sweetcorn
OR 2 cups mixed vegetables with some diced Potatoes
1 teaspoon minced Ginger
1 teaspoon crushed Garlic
Salt
2 teaspoons Chilli Powder 1/4 cup Soya Sauce
Oil
Method
1. Heat about 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a wok or curved frying pan and pop the vegetables in.
2. Add the ginger and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
3. Season with salt and chilli powder. Cook until the vegetables are just tender.
4. Add the soy sauce. Add the cooked noodles, mix well and cook till the noodles are heated through.
5. Serve Hot or Warm.

Method of Serving :
Serve hot, garnished with the coriander and chopped peanuts. Place the lemon wedge on the side of the plate.

Veg.Hakka Noodles
Noodles 100gms.

If you want to do it the lazy man's way, get: - Two bottles of commercial spaghetti sauce (28 oz or so) - Lasagna noodles - Ricotta cheese, one pound - Mozzarella cheese, one pound Put noodles on to cook; for a 4x6x9 loaf pan, use 6 to 8 noodles, broken in half. Cut the mozzarella into slices like hockey pucks. Put a layer of sauce in the pan, a layer of noodles, a layer of either cheese, more sauce, more noodles, a layer of the other cheese, and so on until the pan is full. Bake at 350 F for a half hour, then let cool ten minutes or so before serving. For a meat lasagna, get a pound of ground beef, and braise it until browned, then add a jar of spaghetti sauce and proceed as above.

Boil water in a sauce pan with little salt and butter(ghee) and add noodles and cook to the softness you require.
Chop to dice size onions, capsicum.carrot, mushroom.
Heat a wok(tava) add little oil and let the oil hot up then increase the flame to high then add finely chopped ginger and garlic and turn them fast add other vegetables and keep on tossing for 4-5 mts. till the vegetables are well coated with oil. add salt as reuired by you. add noodles mix well and add soya sauce and chilly venegar as per your taste(usually one teaspoon) Cook untill it cones to the consistency of your choice.

take noodles and water and 1spoon oil and 1spoon salt .and boil it but not take noodles on boiling water for long time when water boils then put it into cold water
then take kadai nad take one or two fullspoon of oil in it and then take all the cuted veg. in it then add salt[acc. to taste] first then add noodles add soya sause[1,2spoon] chiilly sause [acc to taste] and then last vinegar [1,2 spoon] on it then mix it well on high fire . the easy way is it. no garam masala or no other spice need 2 add on it
