All in one dose? in some cases 10mg is prescribed to be taken 3 or 4 times a day but not in one dose. What are you being treated for?

1- Unusual dose for Normal people
2- Means you are in a serious condition
3- This dose will just put you out of order in the daily life
Do not take even 1 mg if you can overcome your situation with a bit of willingness

that is a huge dose. Have you already been on it and needed a bigger dose? That dose could be dangerous unless you are tolerant of it. As a nurse I've never given that much to a patient.

If you are using it for muscle spasms and pain, that dose
is not that high. Your Doctor has there reason for putting you
on this strength. There are many uses for Valium, so more
information would help.
