Basically its saying that its not the man's penis size that matters, its how he uses it. People argue all the time over whether that is true or not. Some women say size does matter and some say it doesn't. Theres no right or wrong way to have "good motion in the ocean" lol it just depends on the female your are with and what she likes. You just have to communicate with your partner and have her let you know when you are doing something she likes, and KEEP DOING THAT.

It means that if your phallus isn't big, it doesn't matter as long as you are able to use it well. You get good motion of the ocean by becoming better in bed.
A good bit of advice here, be willing to please the lady before your own pleasure. You do that and it's more likely that the ladies will appreciate your efforts than your size.

That means it's not the size of your penis that counts, it's the way you use it. And the way you get "good" is ask what she likes, listen to what she is saying and do the things she likes, not just what you like. And if you mean is it the size that counts no, not at all. It's the "motion of the ocean" that counts.

hah. "its not the size of the boat that matters, its the motion of the ocean".

to me that means that some one with an under average dick can still be good in bed because it just matters if they really know what they are doing with their equipment. hah. i don't know if thats completely true tho. but that is what it means. =]

That all depends on the person and their preferences. It means it's not the size of a man's "ahem" but how he uses it. How you get good motion, well they say practice does make perfect.

It means its not the size of your manhood but how you use it. And unless your black, i'm not racist or anything but we all know its true, you don't have the size. Practice makes perfect, if your a whore. Otherwise a great way to learn is dance. I don't mean the sissy ballet or anything. Learn some sexual latin dances. I promise you it will drive a girl insane. If you can dance verticle, then you can dance horizontal.

I have heard this one. I think a guy with a small one made it up. But, yes. It's true. Knowing how your body works and learning how your partner's body works are the keys to that sort of happiness, when you're old enough, of course.

Oh, that's just a saying guys with small penises use to say to the girl they can still make her feel good sexually. The motion is how he uses it. Is it true? Probably only half true.

Only guys with small ships say that - LMAOI!! It refers to your sexual moves. I reckon it is true, you don't often hear of women complaining about a guys size.

Practice, lots of practice. Talking and asking questions is a good way to fine tune your technique.
