I have been seeing this guy for a little while and I care for him a lot. Okay, i'm totally in love with him. And I'm quite sure he cares for me just as much. However, we haven't told each other "I love you" yet. So, with that in mind, how do I sign his birthday card? I feel Love, J would be too much and Sincerely, J would just seem stupid. And just signing my name with nothing else seems too impersonal. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem not too long ago. I signed the the card
"with love, bob". It doesn't say I love you, but it is better than sincerely. Good luck!

I like the idea of signing with a heart. It's quite good. You could also misspell love to luv, which makes it a bit less an imposing word.

Signing "Love, Jane" is not the same thing as saying "I love you." It's just the way you sign a personal message. Just put "Love, Jane" and stop over-thinking it.

Here is what I did....
I drew a small heart, then signed my name under it. It wasn't quite so intense as writing the word and it looked good.

Well if you guys have nicknames for each other you could sign it like that. Or you could sign it "Your Sweetie". I'm sure however you sign it he will love it.

I think there is nothing wrong with "love". Lots of people wrote that anyways and if that brings up "the" discussion all the better.
