Have you had any blood work recently, and have you ever been tested for thyroid problems? That can make you cold all the time, there are other symptoms too like brittle dry hair, brittle fingernails, hair loss, etc.

I used to have the same problem. It sounds like poor circulation and you really don't need to go to the doctor by the sounds of things. You just need a bit more exercise. Try going to the gym once or twice a week. You will feel comfortably warm all the time, unless it really is just cold! It's a chilly time of year anyway.

Get rid of the electric blanket- sorry to tell you but it causes problems with your ovaries. My daughter has the exact same problem, she is 26, she has a hormonal imbalance and an underactive thyroid- see a doctor. Simple blood tests can diagnose the problem and good luck--oh, wear socks and if still cold a hat to bed- you lose your heat through your head and your feet!

This is not a joke; the climate does not suit you. You need to live somewhere that suits your body better. Your malaise could be metabolic, it cold be psychologic, it could be metaphysic; but I do suggest spending more time in the Tropics. Good luck, anyway.

Welcome to the Chilly Ladies Club...As president, we offer warm blankets, mugs of hot cocoa and cozy sweaters. We changed the Club name from Frigid Women's club after people started to get the wrong impression of us...
I have no idea the real reason why. I am the same way too!
