I would get a second opinion, three months is an awful long time to have a rash. I've had a rash thats called pityriasis rosea and it last for about 3 months, you should check into that. Go online and see if the rash on your soon looks the same as the rash of pityriasis rosea. Doctors are not sure what its cause from, there is no medication to get rid of it and it goes away on its own. Its nothing to worry about if that is what it is.

yeah you need to get him in the doc. he could have a cold or allergies. so you can try to give him benadryl to see if it's allergies. the rash part you need to take him to the doc also about that. and i would take him to a different one if the doc can't figure out what's wrong with something it wrong witht he doc. you might have to take him to a dermatologist for the rash cause it could be number of thing's and they would be better at knowning what it is.good luck

Take your child to see a different doctor- a pediatrician ASAP, if you can actually HEAR him breathing (put your ear to his chest) and you can hear sounds- take him to an ER. Don't wait- get him to a doc, it could be just allergies, but it also could be something more serious. Good luck........
