If yes, do they have a sacred text that implies that they should believe in an afterlife?

Deism isn't an organized religion, in fact it's key principals reject sacred texts. I take a somewhat agnostic view on the afterlife, I personally believe in it but am content with the fact that it may not exist and know that I will never be for sure until it happens. Since we deists believe in a natural rather than religious god our interpretations of anything supernatural are left to our own thought.

No, not in the traditional sense.
We believe our bodies go back to the soil and re-energizes the earth the way dead things have done for eternity.
There is no sacred text.

deists frequently? in all likelihood no longer.. till there grew to become into some clinical foundation for it.. newly stumbled on techniques activity autopsy, etc... even nonetheless deists are not area of a suited faith (no covent, creed, or regardless of the final one is) they are nevertheless difficulty to definition.. as such it is not a private determination.. as a decision could reclassify their theory

No, no fictional books to teach hate and bigotry. Afterlife is common sense, in my opinion.
