Anyone CAN interpret scripture, but what they come up with needs to be measured against the standards of: tradition, common sense, context, and yes, even scholasticism. Just because someone says they are "inspired by the Holy Spirit" it doesn't make them any more valid. Lots of nuts have claimed that. Scholarship alone, or degrees, or claiming to be a prophet also don't give anyone automatic authority.

Any one who has the spirit of God can and should interpret scripture
A & C would be good resources to go to with real questions.
D could mean anyone inspired by the Holy Spirit and has the gift of interpretation
C would be in interpretation of God's Word, or a manifestation of God's spirit speaking
E should not do this.
These things are spirituality decerned.
F could be a ly member of the church and yes they too should interpret

C & D coz prophets get their message directly from God
but when we are faced with difficulty in these modern times, we read the Bible & rely on the holy spirit for
discernment.

2ndPeter Ch. 1 vs 20, Know this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation. 21. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

My answer is both C. and D. Prophets were filled with the Holy Spirit so that they could speak God's words to others...in the same sense, many of the prophets and also apostles were ordinary men who were spoken to and filled with the Holy Spirit enabling them to share future events, and/or the word of God.

Everthing but E and F. You need a prophet and scholar to figure out some prophesies in the bible. Masters of Divinity should be able to help you with the rest.

I'm not really sure. Alot of things were translated wrong when they wrote the King James Version, and since all of the other types were just paraphrasing the KJV, who can really know what was translated right or wrong.

Everyone who reads scripture interprets it. Everyone who reads it should educate themselves about the origins of the texts and get the scholar's translation.
