please help! i need an answer asap. and could it be compared to "the river cafe"

That is "The View" restaurant at the top of the Marriott Marquis hotel.
There are two different areas - they have one level that is more of a cocktail bar area which has two different buffets available. One is a dinner buffet and one a dessert buffet. It is a little less formal, but still very nice.
There is also a more formal sit down dinner area, with several different menus.
The River Cafe is located in Brooklyn and it does not spin! It does have lovely views of downtown Manhattan and the bridges.
Probably the most the two have in common is that they both serve more traditional American food. Price range is pretty similar, depending on menu choice at the View.
