Is it known for any males to get tattoos on their outer thigh? I'm just wondering. I want a tattoo, and to be honest that would be the only place I can think of that I wouldnt regret having one.

If that is where you want it - go for it. If you came to that conclusion based on what location you wont regret, you may need to rethink the whole tattoo idea. Good luck

Guys get tattoos on their thighs all the time. You can get anything you want. Think about what inspired you to get a tattoo in the first place. What was it that gave you the idea? A memory? A piece of artwork? Your favorite sports team? A tattoo is permanant. Make sure it's something you won't regret. And like the other person who answered this first, if your thigh is the only place you won't regret getting a tattoo, then maybe you should rethink the idea of getting one.
I thought about and researched for years about mine and where I wanted to put it. I have had it for 4 months now and the novelty still hasn't worn off. I got a stargazer lily( my favorite flower) on my back. I put on a spot that has pained me for years. Now, when my back is keeping me awake at night, I know that there is something beautiful there. This is why it took me till I was 36 to get my first tattoo.

There's nothing wrong with that !!!!! I've seen lots of men have them on the outside of there thighs. It's one of the best places because you have a good amount of room there for one. Pick up some tattoo magazines you'll see !

My husband has one there and it is sexy. Just don't get it too high up or too low. Right in the middle is good, that way your lover can always see it, and others can't unless you want them to, you know, like when wearing shorts. If you aren't sure about anything though, don't do it! My husband regrets 95% of his. I have none because I love my body too much to want to just put anything on it forever. Love your body, be 100% sure, me, until I find something worth being on me for all eternity, I'm sticking with piercings.

I know several guys that have tattoos on their outer theighs and it looks great.
Doesn't look so hot on girls though.
