My friend's husband was arrested last two month because of use flaud credit card ,they have on court 3 times already but until now they still not getting any respond from goverment may i know how is the law? and normally how long will charged in this case.Thank you very much.

The imprisonment is about 6 months to 12 years depending upon the evidence presented and the defense adopted by your friend's husband. The crime commited is already a grave offense because it involves fraud.

If he has been arraigned, bail should have been set. If can't make bail, he will sit in jail. Bail will be set based on the seriousness of the crime, past criminal record and probability for flight.
And I am assuming you are speaking of the USA here.
