bad credit should go on the report of the primary account holder. if collection agencies are harrassing you then you should probably check YOUR credit rating and see if its actually effecting you -- they are a whole breed of people slimier than your ex. they will eat you alive if you admit to anything though. .

just be patient and wait for court. talk to your attorney about your credit and what you can do. the attorney should be able to help you divide your assets AFTER court too. Patience is a virtue. And courts are slow.

The only way they will have him sent back is if he commited a felony. and being a deadbeat isn't a felony.

You can't get him back. Mine got out of it just by going to a state that doesn't have an enforcement agreement with my state. If you're not on the credit cards, it's none of your business. If you're on the credit cards, file for legal separation and divorce so you won't be liable from now on. Get used to supporting your kids by yourself. If he doesn't want to pay, he'll always find a way out.

get yourself divorced. If he doesn't respond you can take everything if you get a good enough attorney. Talk to one, initial visit are usually free.

get over it...why waste so much time and your life hating... just get on with life.... get a job... the kids should be your prime concern... not revenge....
