Try dabbing a little tea tree oil on it. It works on all spots, it's great. Then smell might be a bit powerul if it's up yer nose tho. Just grin and bear it, the spot will definately go down in no time.

They are either a pimple or an infected hair folical. Just wet the end of a q tip with alcohol, hold your breath (it's very strong), dab it, keep holding your breath and grin and bare it for the burning. Do it again if you feel the need. This sounds long, but it takes all of 30 seconds and it will clean the area and get some of the mucus out of the way while drying it up. Trust me, it works and it's what I do. Mine are less painful the next day and gone completely gone the next.

She is talking about a pimple maamu. Anyways, I hate those, they hurt like hell. I sometimes put neutrogena on the spot overnite cream on them to reduce it faster but typically it needs to just run its course. As for the pain sometimes I wet and freeze q-tips and put them on the "spot" to reduce pain and swelling.

You have to go to the pharmacy and look for some really strong spirt if that doesn't help better go to Doctor. But also have in mind that it can be something in your blood i mean you have to ask dermatology.Good luck

I just let mine run their course. It usually gets better in a matter of days. If not, then talk to your doctor.

You have "spots" in your nose? Go to the health section and look up spotted nose syndrome, I am sure there is a cure.
