Get out of AIT in three weeks? What the hell kind of AIT is that? You'll get some leave when the baby comes, until then you will be on light duty. You may get in trouble for getting knocked up during AIT.

well, she might get in trouble for getting pregnant during AIT.. there is not supposed to be any fraternization during schooling. (unless dad is a civilian, of course)
she might be given the opportunity to seperate, but she would lose ALL benfits.. no GI bill, no VA loan, no TSP.
If she opts to stay in, she will be required to provide a Family Care plan at all times( unles she is married, although if she is Dual Military, the FCP still applies. She will NOT be able to get out of any deployments once her maternity leave is up( typically six weeks after birth) and would otherwise be expected to fulfill all of her military duties. No gettingt oleave early to pick up the kid from the babysitter, no getting out of duty on the weekends, that sort of thing.

I believe the Air Force gives a woman the option to separate. Or you can stay, but you'll have to provide support for your baby and may need to leave him/her when and if you deploy.
My friend was a single mother in the Army. For 18 years it was find (occasional TDYs for 2-4 months where she had to leave her kids with friends or relatives) but then she got a 1 year remote to Kuwait. She had to find someone to take her two teenage kids in for a whole year. She did it though, and they are now back together and happy in Germany.
