My really good guy freind andn I talk on the phone at least 3 nights a week. He lives in another state so him and I rarely get to see each other. We are both moving to California in a year and will be near to each other then. But for now, I really like him and I want him to like me too. How do I get him to fall for me over the phone?

Just ask the guy if like you as well. I'm sure you will get the answer straight from the guy himself. You'll never know what will happened in future right? Just get to know the guy well before you go to the next stage of your relationship with him. In the meantime, just enjoy his accompany on the phone until you meet him & have some times together in a year time. At least you'll get to know what kind of person he is by then.
