The Met Baptist Church has lost 1200 members due to Pastor Sal Seberno signing our Church up with WillowCreek.Org and without knowledge of the members. The Church was so wonderful and big and you felt the presence of the Holy Spirit.~~Now, no Choir, loud band, no respect shown for the Church. Pastor never wears a suit, canned messages are coming out of WillowCreek. This is a big church with a lot going for it but this Pastor when told Members were leaving in droves said 'Let em leave' I'm not changing a thing. We are moving our membership to Second Baptist, Dr. Ed Young is a man who is God Centered in Houston, Texas

Bill Hybells and his Willow Creek Church are bring Christianity to something new, and it's not necessarily good. What has developed is a seeker sensitive church, with churches around the country being developed according to demographics and what the locals want, instead of what God directs pastors to teach.
Dramatic presentations instead of God's Word?
Men are seeking to have the ears tickled. Preaching messages without a Bible to follow? How can the listener hold the teacher accountable to God's Word?

Pray that this is just a short-term phase.

I have never heard of a Baptist Church being able to do anything without consent of the deacon board. Enough people could take back your church unless the pastor owns it outright. I also am disturbed by the doctrine of this organization.
