can i not pass by fox news channel without some christian loser complaining about people saying happy holidays instead of merry christmas? And that christian loser Bill O'Reily is always at the center of this complaining garbage, he's always there like a loser complaining about that he's so persecuted just like every other christian complains about all the time

I don't get the persecuted Christian thing either. They are the majority, they have television channels, they hand out brochures for Jesus on the bus, there is a Church every 100 feet or so. It seems to me they feel persecuted only because not every single person shares their views. I am obviously not Christian but I could care less whether some says Merry Christmas, Kwanza, Hannaka, Yule, or Holidays. I do think Happy Holidays is nice because it includes everyone though when your in a situation where you don't know. What is the big deal?

Anyway, "Happy Holidays" includes a whole string of holidays, such as New Years. There are bigger problems in the world than worrying about what a Wal-Mart greeter says to a Christian when they go shopping. The Christmas displays are still being put up in September! What more do they want?

you know I am not sure which is more pathetic (and it is since it is not His birthday) or people who feel persecuted when everyone around them takes a moment of silence to think about something meaningful. People are just a pathetic buch.

What I think is if we want to celebrate the birthday of Jesus it should be on an appropriate date and on that day we all contribute money to provide clean drinking water to people everywhere and when that is accomplished move on to the eradicating the next thing that makes mankind who could care-less about people in the world look pathetic.

yes unfortunately the people who seem to be at the fore front of Christain groups are usually fanatical lunatics , no better then Al-Qeda, What christians don't seem to get is they have and still do persecute and attack people far more then other religion although i view Islam as a more extreme religion in many respects I doubt that it and all other religion s combined haqve caused as much bloodshedand n pain for humanity as Christianity

Im christian, but i dont think God would be as restrictive and unaccepting of people as most of these phony right-wing jerks. if merry christmas really annoys you that much, maybe you should celebrate hannukah or kwanza, or nothing. maybe you should just get a life and leave religious ceremonies alone. maybe you should just change your name to "hi, i'm really liberal and i like to complain about conservative christians because they complain about me."
