John 14:26 - Jesus promises that the Holy Spirit would teach the Church (the apostles and successors) all things regarding the faith. This means that the Church can teach us the right moral positions on such things as in vitro fertilization, cloning and other issues that are not addressed in the Bible. After all, these issues of morality are necessary for our salvation, and God would not leave such important issues to be decided by us sinners without His divine assistance.
John 16:12 - Jesus had many things to say but the apostles couldn't bear them at that point. This demonstrates that the Church's infallible doctrine develops over time. All public Revelation was completed with the death of the last apostle, but the doctrine of God's Revelation develops as our minds and hearts are able to welcome and understand it. God teaches His children only as much as they can bear, for their own good.

A person or nation that disregards moral laws has nothing to do with what they believe or don't believe. In other words, it doesnt matter what religion, faith, or non-faith you have, breaking moral laws will have devastating results sooner or later. It is by the authority of the teaching Church that we know that human cloning, certain stem cell research, and in vitro fertilization is immoral. It is for our protection, not for our restriction.

Nothing. The Bible was formed during Constantine's reign, and cloning is a rather new technology.

I haven't read it, but the concept of cloning I'm sure did not exist however long ago the bible was written.
People say it's "playing God" but I remind you that people are stupid.

No.. but it does have something to say about man trying to become a god. Cloning becomes a matter of attempted creation.

I'm sure someone can interpret it as saying something about it, but no, nothing specifically.
The book was too shortsighted to get the most basic facts of the world right, let alone predict modern science or tackle bioethics.

For touching Mount Sinai
Whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death. Exodus 19:13
For taking "accursed things"
Achan ... took of the accursed thing. ... And all Israel stoned him with stones, and burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones. ... So the LORD turned from the fierceness of his anger. Joshua 7:1-26
For cursing or blaspheming
And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him. Leviticus 24:16
For adultery (including urban rape victims who fail to scream loud enough)
If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her; Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city. Deuteronomy 22:23-24
For animals (like an ox that gores a human)
