It's one of the verses that support the doctrine of election. I'm not a Calvanist or any other type of "ist" but the Bible clearly teaches that it is God who saves people and that He is the one who does the choosing.
Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.
Romans 9:14 What shall we say then? Is there injustice on God's part? By no means! 15 For he says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." 16 So then it depends not on human will or exertion, but on God, who has mercy. 17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I might show my power in you, and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth." 18 So then he has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills. 19 You will say to me then, "Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?" 20 But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, "Why have you made me like this?" 21 Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honored use and another for dishonorable use? 22 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory-- 24 even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles?
Another doctrine that verse supports is the post-tribulation rapture because Jesus said He would raise people up on the "last day".
1 Corinthians 15:51 Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.
Notice the "last" trumpet.

Speaking of the Father drawing us to him by his spirit, and he says
I will draw all men to me. It's a choice, when he is drawing you, that is the time to make that choice and not turn a deaf ear.
It is not God's will that any man be lost and not have salvation and redemption through the blood of Jesus
Redemption means they he will redeem us back to him as if it were the beginning.
He will raise us up at the last day,
could be spiritual , he will raise us up in these last days with power and great glory, that is to say, gift's that glorify him, He said I will do a work in the last days, and after three days we will live in his sight. That is Glorious, to do the works of God
The time is short and the days are evil we must be about our Fathers business, that we will be vessels of honor, and that we will be accounted worthy to escape this present evil world
In the literal, it means after death, he will raise us up.
The corruption must put on in corruption.

First, it tells me that the Father knows everything and everyone and Jesus is the way to the Father because Jesus will do just as He says and give us victory over death and hell. Makes me want to PRAISE THE LORD.

God who is all-knowing draws all those whom He knows will accept His Son as their Lord and Savior to be saved. Those whom God knows will not accept Jesus He will leave them alone. God never violates man'a free will. God will also not make a mistake.

Meaning there is no point in trying to convert people. Unless god wants them to, they're not going to change.
