Do deists believe in an afterlife? if yes, is it written in a holy book?

In Modern Deism....yes! Some do believe in an afterlife. Deists come from all walks of life, before they have used their reason to decide that there can be only one source of divine energy or creation.

As an ex-christian, I have retained my belief in an afterlife due to having read the Holy Bible. My personal thought is that we all came from one source and will all return to the one same source.
