In order to build a website, can I use Flash for animations along with dreamweaver?

Yes, they are easily intergratable. If you have a like a motion tween object save it as an animated gif and then xport it to the folder from flash and import to your files on dreamweaver. You can also use fireworks to if you want.

Sure ya can, learn JRE2-3-4, then learn the language of Mozilla. Its open Source and free.
