First, be in a relationship first, that's open enough to talk about your fears.

And no, you won't last more than a few seconds your first time. No guy does, EVER! You're perfectly NORMAL!

In fact, it takes a lot of practice to get to where you can control it, and that's ok!

Again, be in a relationship, and discuss this with her so that your mind is at ease before you make love.

Chances are, that regardless of what you do, you probably wont last long on your first time. You shouldn't be ashamed of it or anything. If the chick your with gets mad, well tell her that you couldn't last a long time because you found her so damn hot. Which is the truth. It always helps if you loose your virginity with someone who is also a virgin. Make sure you feel comfortable around her as well. Only thing I can recommend is masturbating before you have sex. That way you relive some of the sexual tension you have.

from a guy that has been where are and had neraly everything wrong happen to him, my one point of advice. DONT WORRY BOUT IT! you cant be an expert the first time round. that comes after a while. if you think too much, you wont even be able to get it up. just have fun. if you are really stressed bout lasting longer though. try this the next time you take a p!ss. stop yourself midstream. its the same muscle that makes you come. control that and you on the first step. but i wouldne even worry bout that. also on average, a mane can only last for 10 mins pumping non stop.

Just relax, tell your partner, and lots of foreplay. You might be able to engineer a situation where you come once during foreplay, and then will recover and last longer for the main event. (If you really want to masturbate BEFORE, then that is up to you - but why masturbate if you can get someone else to help you out?)

If you're really lucky, your nerves might send you the other way - you might last a long time and be too nervous to 'finish'. In which case, the advice is pretty much the same - relax, tell your partner, and have fun...

Be ready for a second time. I was about your age when I had my first (19). I didn't last long, but the girl I was with (who was not a virgin) said "let me know when you are ready again. That one was for you, the next one is for both of us." First was quick and good, second was much longer and great. Just relax and enjoy yourself.

.......because you fairly LIKE one yet another? i'd wish that once think ofyou've got sex that you want her, not clone of her. to boot, sex could continually be performed passionately as you're meant to be in love with the guy you're doing it with. you're fantastically youthful for this, yet I gained't bypass there because you requested a truthful question. Lasting longer for the period of sex comes with adulthood. once you're youthful and your hormones are thoroughly out of control, its now puzzling to attraction to close on for lengthy. With journey, you'll study extra about your body and the way it fairly works and its also alot contained in the concepts too. don't be embarrassed to inform her you're a virgin; that is a competent project. i'd be somewhat worried about her if she has already had sex with 3 or 4 adult males and she or he's really your age. in case you do it. please use a condom each and each and every time, no count number what. through how, your spelling is really problematic to verify. Use spell verify please.

talk to your partner openly about sex. let each other know how you feel and what your desire is. this helps you two be open and relax before the big show. it's hard to imagine being naked to an absolute stranger (by stranger i mean with no blood-relation) one trick is that you masturbate a lot before you do it which helps you stay longer, but im not sure if tats different with every guy... but like i said, talk to your partner and let her know that you think it might be a problem and only do it when you are ready, which also help you relax and stay longer. good luck and have fun!

Tell your partner that you are a virgin and she(?) will be more sympathetic. You shouldn't be concerned about "lasting a long time" the very first time. It takes practice to build up confidence.

Think about everything except what you are doing. That works. Also, try kegel exercises. You can control yourself better, so well that you can go on cue. Dont masturbate or you will lose energy and desire.
If you can, alcohol works wonders. Being a little buzzed (4 drinks max in 2 hrs) can help you be too euphoric to care about it.

Don't stress it...everything will be fine, but just for a tip..There are condoms by trojan I think that have a black wrapper I am not exactly sure what they are called something about extended pleasure anyways they kind of numb your dick from feeling it as much I am assuming it is for guys who get off really quick..anyways I would suggest using them it might ease your mind a bit...Good Luck
