Weird love triangle.
Have not known either of the guys for more than, say, about 5 months.
Both are charming, intelligent, involved in the community, good looking and fit, talented in different ways, and have many things in common with me, so I can relate really well to them both. I also am at work with them. They are friends.
I liked one, but he was serious with someone else. I just recently got over it. And now I have moved onto other guy, who I guess has liked me for some time. But I still really like the first one, and I guess he now likes me.

1) The first guy is out of your reach. I say think of him only as a friend because you are with this second guy. Be TRUE to this second guy--if you don't like him as much as the first guy, either dump him or forget about the first guy.
2) It's not really that confusing when you think about it--you are with a great guy. Unfortunately, this first guy likes you two. Don't steal him from his girlfriend, and don't break the heart of your current boyfriend.

Perhaps take a step back, give yourself some breathing room and examine your heart?
Also, think about the one who was "serious" with someone else and why that didn't work out for him and if it's maybe not too soon for him to enter into something else. Besides - might be too late for him.

hmm, stay with the one you are with, if it doesnt work, let it go, and try the other guy, mabye it will work better with him. But be nice to the first guy.
