If you throw some roasted peanuts in your food processor with just a T. of oil or so, you can make your own. No preservatives and you can use a paper towel to soak up the oil after you blend it.

Smart balance or Smuckers Natural. You can buy these at any regular food market. You could also go to a organic natural food store, I'm sure they have other brands you could try out.

you should get the smartbalance peanut butter. even if it's high in the good fats and high in calories, it's very healthy because it contains 300 omega fatty acids and it contains no trans fat or hydrogenated oils. it's very good, too.

I foundit in the internet, and it is peanut's butter, they don't have any calories!
