My shoulder burns and my elbow has a shooting pain in it. After a few hours at the computer my hand goes numb. I work on my computer 40 to 60 hours per week as a designer. Could this be my problem?

Most impotently see a doctor about it, also do some daily stretches for your arms and see if it makes a difference.

It sounds like bursitis or tendinitis. I had that last year from overstretching my elbow. The best thing is complete immobilization in a sling, application of heat, and anti-inflammatory drugs like corticosteroid injections. You need to see your doctor. And NO STRETCHING--just the opposite.

sounds like a pulled muscle or tendinitis from repetitive work see your doctor.
