To all the guys and girls, what's your true opinion of the Indian girl/boy?

Question

You see a decent to hot looking Indian out there.

Your first thought is that she/he is a nerd who is becoming a doctor with strict parents...

Or you're like...dang he/she is pretty cute

This is just because I'm purely curious of what everyone perceives Indians to be.

If you're a dark, smelly indian with a turban or parka or whatever, then that's just not attractive.

I think any Americanized Indians can look good. When it comes to guys though, eh, not too many of them are cute unless they are tall, built and have model features.
I'm straight, but I think Indian girls are either really pretty or really ugly, it's 50/50. And when they are pretty, then are like the WOW kind of pretty.

I dont really know any Indian stereotypes. So I would just go, as you said, "Dang, he is pretty cute!" Then again, I am not normally attracted to Indians...something about my hormones just seem to like Chinese or Italian guys, lol. But if he really is hot, why not? (Hey, that rhymed!) I dont give a damn about stereotypes. The first thing that registers is the physical appearance. Then, when I get to know that person, the personality. That's it.

I'm dating an Indian guy right now. Honestly, I think indians are very fun people to be around. Since I started dating him, I've met many indian people and they're all so nice. Some are also very funny. I think they're great friends to have and people to talk to. And you're right, they do have VERY strict parents. -_-; I wonder is it an Indian thing?? Hms...

I met a nice indian man on chat purely a gentleman very kind sweet strong when needed to be and very romantic like poetry and is a hard working individual who wants to better himself.

Also worked with many indian men and women at my previous job 99% were indian and they were all very polite and gracious and respectful .

Even though he/she is hot I think he/she is most likely going to marry another Indian, so what's the point? They get into arranged marriages so there is no point in dating and falling in love with them. I have known some hot Indians though.

my brothers and sisters.. and one other boy at school
that i like to hang out with :P
But its so funny because i want to be a physical Therapist... thats

and my parents are so strict, they dont let me go to the dances
or go out or anything!

personally, i just try to pay attention to who someone is. i know that if they are wearing traditional garb, im going to have to impress their dad pretty quick into the relationship. if she going to be a doctor - hey, smart is sexy, and shell have a bit less time to play, but thats ok is shes great. ill support her. indians are like everyone else. they have a culture to respect, but thats no big deal. if they are worth the work on an individual level, then im willing to put in the time.
