acute starvation of any kind should be treated as you would treat your stomach after a fast. Gentle, easily digested food and nourishing fluids. Sexual starvation is also the need to be touched...skin starvarion. If sexual gratification, for whatever reason, is unavailable...warm comforting hugs help a lot. Eat dark rich chocolate, the very best you can find. A small amount is best. Find a funny movie or book and laugh...helps break sexual tension. I like the reply that Yahoo Answers is not the solution. Jogging or other strenuous exercise likewise gives some relief. Stop looking for a sex partner...the anxiety has a way of generating the opposite reaction...sex is like a dance...when you move forward, your partner moves away. Learn to keep your balance and your imagination in check. Worst comes to worst try sodium nitrate...used in war time to keep sex in check. Don't know that it worked...sure a lot of baby boomers out there.
