If it's a private ezboard, you should get a page to apply for membership when you try to go to their site. But, I wouldn't worry about it just yet, ezboard is shutting down, and some of the boards have gone to yuku. My home board tried out the yuku hosting for a while and hated it, so we moved to proboards.
ETA: I just went there, and had no trouble getting in. It's not an MBA board, so I don't understand why you think you need to be invited or have a password.
Edite again: I see what you mean now. All the forums ask for a password. But, there have been no new posts in quite a while, they may have already moved to a different host.
