Won't work. If the transaction was done in your house you are responsible, besides they can check and see if your were on line at the time.

They could pull the signature on the receipt and if it matches, you can get in trouble. If the purchase was made with a pin number, your claim won't help. The purchase will stick.

no. if you say someone in your family did it, then they'll send someone over to investigate it. either someone in your family will get in big trouble, or (more likely) YOU will get in HUGE trouble when they find out you lied... don't even try it!
