Some suggest that eating some honey, produced from local pollen by local bees, on a daily basis helps.
Not having such allergies, I've never tried it.
I surely hope you find some relief!

You need to get in and get allergy shots for your allergies if you really want to get relief. Also be sure you use a good air filter in your home to help with allergies. Also change your cleaning and other personal products to ones that are all natural instead of the toxic ones that most people use. This will help tremendously. Ask you allergist about getting started on allergy shots though as this is your best bet for true relief. Also since you mentioned migraines see a neurologist about getting on some type of preventative medication to help prevent the migraines or at least lesson the number of migraines you get.

Sounds bad. The ancient chinese had a way of rinsing out the pharynx by putting salt and baking soda in a pot and it had a tube that they used to let the water run into their nose and into the back of the throat to get rid of impurities in the nose, making them breathe better. My ENT DR. had a bottle and the packets of salt and soda to mix in the bottle to use based on that principal. I can't remember what it's called now but google under nose rinses or maybe pharynx saline rinse and see what comes up. They also sell asline aprays at the pharmacy. You's have to be in a very clean environment to be away from these allergens. Vacuum daily, keep windows and doors closed.clean filters often and buy air cleaners for the house. maybe wear a mask outside if you are going to be around plants and trees. Have you tried shots? They now have drops but, I don't know how well they work. I feel sorry for you. I hope something works. Good luck

I get terrible sinus headaches and have used Advil Cold and Sinus. It takes the pressure out and makes it so my head doesn't feel like it will explode. Good luck!
