What God would want you to do is speak to him and ask him to help you not feel that way.
One thing the bible says is " Be angry and sin not, let not the sun go down upon your wrath, neither give place to the devil" Ephesians 4:26
Which I think you will find that means, we may be mad at someone, but do not sin in your anger (all verses in the bible count for this!)
The other one I can tell you is " Blessed are they which love thy law for nothing shall offend them" psalms 119: 165
Which is not to say that we wont be offended, but we should not be, because whatever problem somebody has, that is there's and God's bussiness and God will judge them. I can understand the part where we feel like it's our bussiness when we are hurt by what they do, I certainly am no perfect christian, no one is, I struggle with this problem too, but I find the more I read GOD'S WORD I know it is in Christs hands, and he maketh me to look toward heaven instead of my enemy. :)
Im sorry you are troubled by this person, but it is bad to hold grudges, and saying you do not appreciate someone's excistence is basically holding them to your standards, which we, by the bible and God, do not have the authority nor wiseness to do. But this is why God helps us with these things, and understands, but holds us to seek His word and His judgement, so that we may not become so angry. When I find this place I feel more sorrowful for that person than angry. I pity them because they are not free from that heavy burden. Of cource like I said, I am not perfect!

You don't. We are suppose to love everyone inspite of their indifference to us and our beliefs. May God Bless and all that is within you either just walk away and pray for them.
