I have been going for a few weeks but I still can't seem to get my head out of my butt and follow the rules. I need help and tips. I know I'm just wasting my money if I don't do what they tell me to. I went once before after I had my first child and lost 30 lbs. but this time it seems harder. Please give me advise!!

you have to do more than go to the diet cntr you have to follow their suggestion or you are wasting your money. are you really ready to loose weight or are you still thinking about it. you may not do everything they say but if you do most of the things they say im sure you will loose weight. keep the faith and take it one day at a time
